APPLIED BEHAVIOR ANALYSIS

BCBA supervisor

I provide local and remote behavior analytic supervision services. I will develop a highly individualized agenda to guide and assist you with meeting your personal goals as a Behavior Analyst. Supervision is available for both the BCBA and the BCaBA level. I provide flexible scheduling options for in-person supervision meetings within the field as well as remote supervision via e-mail, phone, and/or video conference. Small group supervision is also available at a discounted rate.

 

BCBA- 1500 total hours of supervised independent fieldwork.  Supervisee may obtain 10-30 clinical hours per week. 5% of these hours must be spent in direct contact with your supervisor. This amounts to 75 total direct supervision hours, not to exceed 6 per month. Based on a full time work week, this should take approximately 1 year.

BCaBA- 1000 total hours of supervised independent fieldwork.  Supervisee may obtain 10-30 clinical hours per week. 5% of these hours must be spent in direct contact with your supervisor. This amounts to 50 total direct supervision hours, not to exceed 6 per month. Based on a full time work week, this should take approximately 8-9 months. 

What you need:

-An ABA field placement or job

-Access to a computer

-Access to the Internet

-Field placement administrator consent

-Client consent to be observed and/or recorded by supervisor

-Web camera (if applicable)

-Microphone (if applicable)

-A way to video record your work (if applicable)

 

Fee Structure: 

-$60/hour individual supervision

-$40/hour per person small group supervision

Note: Payment plans can be created on an individual basis based on supervisee needs. 

 

About the Supervisor:

I currently work with a New Jersey Agency specializing in home programs for children with Autism. I supervise a number of therapists, while being responsible for the creation and implementation of behavior plans. I conduct assessments, including, but not limited to the VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and Vineland-II. I also conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and have experience working within a school district, writing IEP goals, and supervising direct service staff.

I am a graduate of Temple University with a Master’s Degree in Education, specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis.

I am also a graduate of Rowan University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, specializing in Behavioral Services for Children and their Families.
